NewsDriver is a PR platform company that, as part of its services, converts press releases and long-form content into visually compelling fast-paced stories called story drivers. Looking to expand their library of story driver designs, I was brought on to design a number of separate story drivers for individual PR releases - Ne-Yo for The Lincoln Motor Company, Lululemon, Web.com, and others - which were later converted by NewsDriver’s engineering team into templates for scalable use with future clients. For each driver, I was responsible for developing a flexible look & feel as well as providing engineers with direction on interactions and animation. Additionally, I was asked by NewsDriver to create a client-facing single-page website outlining the creative process of creating story drivers from client handoff to release. These files were then handed off to NewsDriver’s engineering team for final implementation.
